Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Rokeberg: Page 2, line 13, following "AS 28.10": Insert ", except for a vehicle not currently registered under AS 28.10 and used exclusively for competitive racing" Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Martin objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
